OG Sideskins LITE Hard Upper Doors for Polaris General 4 Seat Models

Prototyping under-way for the Polaris General 4 door SideskinLITE hard upper doors!

Finally!! The Polaris General 4 door hard uppers are getting close to completion. OnlyGenerals is putting together an amazing hard upper door kit built to the highest quality standards and affordable for pretty much every Polaris General G4/XP4 owner.

What started out as a solution for the dwindling deadline on the Sideskins Premium. The concept idea to provide a cost competitive upper door to the ill fitting, cheaply made, and hassle prone wire framed canvas soft uppers, was born as the Sideskins LITE.

The LITEs have a strong 3d profile frame system, sleeker cut hard polycarbonate window, and built in lower accessory panel which is spawning a whole new line of accessory products with really neat features.  We are offering the Sideskin LITEs as a hard upper door system with a hard mounted polycarbonate window that does not open, however we are working on upgrades that will allow a window opening as well as venting features.

The LITEs also feature the original magnetic door attachment system created by OnlyGenerals.  While copies now exist, none function better or with a cleaner approach than the originals!

The biggest development is an amazing new device for auto attachment at the top of the upper doors to hold them tight to the roll cage without the need for ugly straps, snaps, tape, hook & loop fasteners, or bungees.  Will soon be available as a stand alone unit.

Goals

Our family has spent countless hours researching, inspecting, and even purchasing several of the current soft upper door options only to never install them.  All of them seem to have very mixed results and they all seem to have fitment issues across the board according to online reviews.  Cost, quality, fit & finish, price, and the decisions that come with deciding to drill into your door panels causing permanent changes to your ride are the motivating factors for us to build better.  After getting through one winter season with no upper doors, we made the decision that enough is enough.  OnlyGenerals will build a high quality HARD upper door system that will look great, fit great, and fill as many voids in the market as we can while offering an affordable price point.  We will change peoples riding experience and offer an upper door you can be proud to own and show off!

The OG Sideskins product lineup was born and soon after we realized there is a need for a tiered product catalog in order to provide an option for everyone.  Sidekins LITE is the starting point for this product lineup.  We are currently building out an array of bolt on add-on features & accessories so that you can tailor make your perfect upper door setup.

The biggest downfalls to the current offerings of wire frame soft canvas upper doors:

Due to variances in build quality on the Polaris General platform, door adjustment and tweaking of the SideskinLITE upper doors may be necessary.

The OG Guarantee:

We offer a 1 year warranty against manufacturer defects on the OG Sideskins LITE Hard Upper Doors.  This warranty does not cover normal wear & tear, damage during use, doors or windows involved in accidents, improper installation, unapproved customer modifications, and claims outside of the 365 day period.
