Returns & Refund Policy

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in the original packaging to qualify for a return. Items showing signs of installation, use, damage, or missing packaging will not be accepted.

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Electrical components once opened or installed

• Installed or used parts

• Special order items

• Clearance or final sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, return the eligible item through the normal return process and place a new order.

Return Authorization & Return Address

All returns require prior authorization from Papa Bill’s Powersports Plus. Because many items ship directly from our suppliers, the return address may be different from our business address.

Customers must contact us first to receive:

• Return authorization

• Correct return shipping address

• Any applicable return instructions

Returns sent without authorization may be refused.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued within 5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit to your account.

Installation Disclaimer

Parts that have been installed, modified, or attempted to be installed are not eligible for return. Installing a part constitutes acceptance of the product.
